Librisa Spa Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

 Thank you for choosing Librisa Spa. We value your business and strive to provide exceptional service. To ensure fairness to all clients and our service providers, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling:

 Advance Notice of Cancellation:

We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 Late Cancellation or Missed Appointments:

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service price.
• Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notification will also result in a charge equal to 50% of the service price.

Rescheduling Appointments:

Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty, provided that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

 Health Considerations:

For the safety and well-being of our staff and other clients, we ask that you please contact us to reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness.

 Refund Policy:

Please note that refunds are not issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or for missed appointments.
